• All changes to group size or re-bookings must be made with 24 hours notice.

Restrictions

• Minimum age requirement of 3 years old

• Guests must be able to get on and off the bus (3 large steps) about 3 times and be able to stand for about 20 minutes at a time. There’s also a short portion where you walk through the packing plant, which is flat level ground. There’s no room on vehicles to store walkers.

What if I have to cancel on short notice?

Please consider adding on Trip Protection to your reservation. Adding Trip Protection will allow you to cancel or rebook your reservation up to 30 minutes prior to you tour start time. Otherwise our 24 hour cancelation policy will apply.
